Intro course
The intro course gives you the basics of belaying and climbing on top rope, both indoors and outdoors.

After the course, you can belay and climb on top rope, perform partner checks, and be familiar with common equipment and the risks associated with top rope climbing, both indoors and outdoors.
You will gain knowledge about applicable insurance and what membership in a climbing club entails. Time permitting, you will also learn basic climbing techniques, how to warm up, and how to train safely to avoid overuse injuries.
Assessment for a green card is not included. During the course, you will receive information on how to proceed with the assessment. All necessary equipment is available for loan.

No prior experience required.

This course meets the Swedish Climbing Federation's standard "Kurs i topprepsklättring"
